I MAINTAIN'S SERVICE POLICY
Appointment Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointments on time.
Rescheduling Policy:
To reschedule an appointment, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time may not be accommodated.
Missed Appointments (No-Show):
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited.
Late Arrivals:
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next appointment.
Emergencies:
Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required to secure appointments.
